Central Coast Young Gunz is a youth athletic organization that provides athletic equipment to young girls in Southern California. Young Gunz strives to make sports available to all young girls, regardless of financial circumstances. The Young Gunz play softball as members of Central CA ASA (Class A Travel Ball). The Amateur Softball Association of America, the ASA, sponsors hundreds of softball games and
tournaments across the country every year. The girls who play for the Young Gunz are participating in a large organization and are always excited to be part of the games.
While it’s an honor and a joy to participate in league play, the Young Gunz know that their own efforts on the field need to be matched by efforts off the field as well. These girls play softball for fun, but also with a mind toward their futures: many of these girls are hoping to gain college scholarships through their athletic prowess.
